High performance from Eckental for the Olympics in Athens

It started with a sheet ... for the outer skin of doors and flaps that was shaped, milled, shape milled and rounded at the edges. But a piece of processed sheet is not a door. For this it needs a supporting structure with a framework made from aluminium profiles; cut, roller-burnished and CNC milled. Then everything is welded together, ground and powder coated, adhesive bonded, cleaned and tested. Finally it is packed and shipped. As one of 2200 different parts that we manufactured for these 320 individual buses... Gold for apt in four events: speed of response, product variance, customer orientation and precision!
